I am Junko Cannon, a certified Japanese tourist guide in Wales.
As a tour director for a major travel agency in Japan, I have been accompanying tours both domestically and overseas (to more than 50 countries) for over 20 years.
Since 2016, I have been living in Welshpool, a rural town in mid-Wales UK.
Currently, I welcome customers at Powis Castle which is said to be the model for “Castle in the Sky”, and I am the only Japanese guide for WOTGA (Wales Official Tourist Guide Association), mainly working in mid and north Wales area.
